Colossians 4:6 clearly states: "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned as it were with salt, so that you may know how to respond to each person." How is calling people hateful names 'full of grace'? Is homosexuality a sin? Absolutely. Should it be addressed by the church? Absolutely. But the manner at which you think we should go about it is not backed up by scripture. Calling people names gets you nowhere, and hampers the Gospel rather than helping people to know it.
